Fresh coconut

Ben Tre - known as the land of coconuts in Vietnam is the largest coconut growing area in the country with 68.167 hectares, an output of approximately 562.11 million fruits in 2015. Coconut trees have had a great contribution to the economic development of the province. Noticing this, Chanh Thu has exploited, researched, and added fresh coconuts to its list of key export fruits. Peeled fresh coconuts are exported by Chanh Thu all year round according to VietGAP standards

Fresh coconut milk is one of the sterile natural drinks with no side effects. It is very safe for both children, pregnant women, and breastfeeding women thanks to less sugar, more potassium, calcium, and chloride which supplement and improve energy for your body. In addition, some other effects of coconut we can list such as:

• Heart health: Researchers indicate that patients with high blood pressure often have low potassium levels and regular drinking of coconut milk may be a relatively effective solution in regulating blood pressure thanks to its high potassium and lauric acid.
• Anti-aging: coconut milk contains cytokinin, which is effective for anti-aging of the skin. Regularly applying coconut milk combined with a little lemonade on the skin helps to improve skin elasticity and prevent loose skin. It is advised to drink coconut milk regularly to keep the skin fresh, healthy, and smooth.
• Scar removal and fading wash the scars daily with coconut milk and let dry. Repeat three to four times and then wash with cold water. Do this four times a day for the best result. This method can even cure acne scars.
